WHO WE ARE
Kin Keepers Collective began with three moms from the same family who share a love for bringing people together. From birthdays and baby showers to casual gatherings and meaningful celebrations, we’ve always found joy in planning moments that help people feel connected, welcomed, and celebrated.
The name Kin Keepers reflects what we value most—nurturing relationships, creating traditions, and linking people together in ways that feel intentional and memorable. Hosting has always been our way of showing care, and we love helping others create gatherings that are both beautiful and meaningful.
In addition to event planning and hosting, we are certified Oh My Mahjong mentors who offer mahjong lessons and in-home parties. Mahjong has become one of our favorite ways to bring people around the table—laughing, learning, and building community in the process.

Mahjong Lessons
Our mahjong lessons are equal parts learning and gathering. From beginner-friendly introductions to relaxed open-play girls' nights, our Mahj Mentors teach the game and host the moment. We want your guests to come for the lesson, but stay for the laughter and connection.
Party Planning
For hosts that want to be present, not pulled in ten directions. We thoughtfully plan birthdays, showers, and meaningful events from start to finish - designing the details, coordinating the logistics, and keeping everything beautifully on track. You bring the reason to celebrate; we'll handle the rest so you can host your day stress-free.
Event Consultation
Designed for hosts who want a beautiful vision without the busywork. We curate the look, feel, and flow of your gathering- then take care of sourcing, ordering, and organizing pieces needed to bring it all together. We want hosting to feel simple without sacrificing those "extra" details.
